Our Beachfront Marylin Apartments are located front row at the beach of Golem, in the Adriatic bay of Durrës.

 

Durrës is the most important port city in Albania and is also the number one bathing destination for the locals. With its 200,000 inhabitants, it is the second largest city in Albania and only round 30 km away from its´ capital Tirana.

 

The private holiday apartments are located on the 14th floor of Hotel Kamelia 3, the highest building in the area. They all offer a wonderful view over the 10km long sandy beach. As a guest of Beachfront Marilyn, you can enjoy many of the hotel's additional services at extra charge.

Arrival by car

The drive from Tirana International Airport to Golem takes about 35 minutes by car.

  • Leave Tirana International Airport via the second exit at the roundabout. You are now on the SH60 (7km).
  • Take the exit to SH2 to Durrës.
  • Follow SH2 towards Durrës until the exit Rruga Martin Camaj/Rruga Unazes (23km).
  • Then keep left and continue on Rruga Martin Camaj/Rruga Unazes/SH85 south (5km)
  • At 1STOPe-shop Plepa turn slightly right onto Rruga Shkembi i Kavajes, 2nd exit at roundabout.
  • After 3km turn sharp right at the petrol station and follow the road.
  • After 300m the building complex is on the left.

Park at the hotel's own car park.

Travelling by bus

The travel company Adis shpk offers a regular shuttle service from the airport to Durrës and vice versa. The rate for a single fare is 1,000 Albanian Lek.
